Migrant & international workers
Ready to move from casual work to something steadier — hospitality, retail, aged care, admin.
The Career Bridge helps migrant and international learners speak with confidence, find good work, and settle into Australian life — one steady step at a time.
Many people arrive in Australia with skills, experience and drive — and still struggle to find the words for a job interview, a shift briefing, or a difficult customer. We work with learners who want to close that gap without losing their confidence, their culture, or their time.
Ready to move from casual work to something steadier — hospitality, retail, aged care, admin.
Baristas, servers, kitchen hands and front-of-house who want the language to lead their shifts.
Support for IELTS, PTE and TAFE English, plus the everyday conversations university life demands.
Adults settling in Australia who want practical English for daily life, work and community.
Every program is one-to-one, paced to the learner, and built around the situations they will actually meet at work. No lecture halls. No filler.
Menus, orders, allergens, coffee language, service standards, awkward moments — and the confidence to run a shift in English.
The language of helping — greeting, listening, resolving, closing — for retail, reception, tourism and support roles.
Focused practice for IELTS, PTE and TAFE English, and the real-world listening and speaking that follow.
CV, interview and workplace conversation coaching for adults ready to step up into a role that fits their experience.
“Language isn't a wall to climb. It's a bridge to cross — one steady step at a time.”

Eppin “Apple”
Born in Thailand, an Australian resident for more than forty years. Apple has worked across hospitality, front-of-house and customer service in Australian cities and small towns alike — and for the last two decades has taught English to newcomers doing the same.
Her approach is calm, respectful and endlessly practical. Nothing is memorised from a textbook that won't matter on a Tuesday shift. Everything is chosen because it will make the next conversation easier than the last one.
No big commitments before we know each other. Every learner starts with a conversation.
A relaxed 20-minute chat to understand where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're a good fit.
A short plan mapped to your goal — a role, a test, a visa milestone — with realistic pacing.
One-to-one lessons online or in person, built around the conversations you'll actually have this week.
Between sessions you use it — at work, in shops, on the phone — and we adjust the plan as you grow.
Send a short note about where you are and where you want to go. Apple will reply personally within two working days.
